CP Electronics accountability for Internet Connection

CP Electronics Internet Service (CPEIS) accountability terminates at the Internet Radio provided by CP
Electronics that carries a one year Manufacturers Warranty. Any loss of connection to routers, switches and/or
computers behind the radio connection do not constitute loss of internet Connection
to CPEIS but a malfunction to customer equipment. If CP Electronics is contacted to repair a connection that is determined to be customer equipment (example: Computer, Router or any device excluding the Internet Radio) the customer will be financially liable for the repairs and/or configuration changes made to their hardware.

CP Electronics shop rate = $72.00 plus travel at $1.00/km.

Payments are due upon receipt of invoice and customer agrees to pay a late payment charge of 2% per month, 24% per annum. To avoid a late payment charge we must receive your payment by the 30th of the month following the statement date. Service disruption may begin 30 days after statement date if payment has not been received and there will be $25.00 reconnection fee levied.

If there is excessive usage (overage) the following also applies.

Customers exceeding 15GB (15,360 MB) of overage within a thirty day period may be:

1. Contacted and advised they have reached 15GB of overage.
2. Requested to pay for the overage within 10 days.
3. Until the requested payment is received the internet speed may be reduced to 56kbps.
4. If this requested overage charge is not paid within 10 days of the customer being notified, the account may be suspended.
5. A $25.00 reconnection fee will be imposed and a deposit may be required.
6. A balance is outstanding for longer than 3 months you may be sent to collections unless arrangements have been made.

The customer acknowledges having read the terms of service and acknowledges that they shall form part of the agreement between customer and the service provider CP Electronics (Thomas Communications Ltd.) and will be binding upon the customer.
